This company is awesome and I’m in the housing business myself. They are fast to respond to work requests and complete the work in a timely manner and with great results. No cheap measures or fly-by-night contractors. The communication is excellent and I receive a response to my text messages almost instantly if not within a few minutes. Move in was a great experience as the property was in great shape, clean and ready to go. Any problems we have encountered, from the gas company billing them for our gas bill to the air conditioner dying unexpectedly were handled in a friendly, efficient manner. They are on top of preventative maintenance issues (e.g. flushing the water heater, having the leaves out of the gutter before winter, checking the property after an earthquake, etc) where most properties let a issue slide until it becomes a problem. They are really on the ball and I recommend Summer Moon to everyone (especially in OKC) I know who is looking for a place to rent.
